1. You  complete a “Request for  Interview” form below.
2.   Our Evaluation Team makes a recommendation to proceed with a  no-obligation interview. 

• We do not accept all potential clients.  Your business may not fit our areas of business expertise.
• If your business is outside our areas of  expertise we are available to help you find someone with the right
  expertise.

3. A member of  the MSII team will then meet with you in person or on-line.

4. Based on this interview we will jointly determine if we should work together and determine the scope of the MSII engagement.

• If we sense the chemistry between our organizations is incompatible we will decline to go further.

  
5. MSII will prepare an initial plan with cost estimates.

6. We will jointly review the plan and reach a determination of the scope of our contribution based on the understanding at that point in time.     

• Few plans survive the first contact with the market. Our agreement provides flexibility for changes.
   

7.  We execute an agreement to cover the services on which we have agreed. 

• We offer a complete range of services  from weekly consulting and
  guidance to complete infrastructure implementation and interim
  “fractional” executives.
